Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Customs and duties

Orders to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ship with duties handled by us. Other destinations may be subject to local import taxes.

Address changes

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change the delivery address. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.
