We want you to actually use the StormJet Pro. Dry the car, clear the leaves, blow out the garage. If within 90 days of delivery it hasn't earned its place in your toolbox, send it back for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging with all included accessories.
4. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Conditions

• Items must be complete and free of physical damage caused by misuse.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
• Multi-packs are refunded per unit returned.

Every StormJet Pro is covered by a 1-year warranty on the brushless motor and electronics against manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and a short video of the issue; we replace or refund at your choice.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we send a replacement at no cost.
